Job Title : Delivery Coordinator (Customer Care Rep)

Location : Woodbury, NY

Details : In-office during training then goes hybrid (Training is 4-6 months)

Salary : $45,000 base Commission (Opportunity to have an all-in of $70,000 )

Principal Responsibilities :

• Communicate professionally with customers, agents, associates, factories, and financial institutions.
• Update and comment on tasks for each assigned customer.
• Maintain follow-up reports to ensure timely actions.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with dealers and customers.
• Follow up on payments and booking deals.
• Conduct customer feedback surveys post-delivery.
• Meet monthly and quarterly delivery quotas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
